Workshop Overview.

A wonderful short Photography Workshop, designed to inspire you to get out more with your Camera or Smart phone and connect with the world around you.
This Workshop will not only inspire you, but your Instructor & Founder, Emma Holt will also cover some basic techniques, allowing you to experiment with your Camera or Smart phone.

During the Workshop, Emma will cover; Composition & Framing techniques, (Rule of thirds, how introducing texture, detail and form into your images will elevate the overall finished look to your end result.).

Emma will also look at Contrast and and briefly touch on Aperture and how understanding this setting can make a huge difference to your images. And what Aperture actually controls!

As the group is small, there will be time for 1:1 Guidance and support.

This is a fantastic way to learn more about Photography, perhaps this has been a passion of yours for some time and you have always wanted to ‘have a go!"‘
You might even have a Camera hidden away somewhere, in a box under the bed, or in a shoved in a draw at home, because you just cant get your head around all the buttons…

You used to love Photography and after several years away from your creative passion, YOU would love to try again and perhaps take your hobby further?

No Camera? Emotive Capture has an Entry level, Nikon DLSR for hire, if you would like to hire this Camera for the duration of the Workshop, please inform on booking.

Students may wish to bring a note pad to write anything down.

What’s Included; Group Tuition & some 1:1 Tuition with Founder & Head Instructor Emma Holt BA(Hons).
What’s Excluded;
The cost of your Parking/ travel expenses. The cost of Refreshments you may require. (We may stop for a break at a local cafe/pub).

Disclaimer;

Emotive Capture Photography School, can not determine the Weather, every effort is made to ensure a Workshop goes ahead. If the Workshop has to be cancelled due to bad weather/ illness, an alternative date will be rescheduled or individuals may also use the deposit/balance paid towards an alternative Workshop or 1:1 Photography tuition. If the weather has changed for the worse later in the day, we appreciate how frustrating this can be, however, this is out of our hands, if this is the case we will carry on with the Photography Workshop inside( Cafe/ Coffee Shop).
