Your Child doesn’t need a Camera, a Camera phone is perfect too!

So why not let your Child/Children immerse themselves in nature? All they need is a Camera Phone! Set in local Parks throughout Lancashire, this is a chance for your Child/Children to explore, connect with nature and the World around them. Aimed at Children ages 8 to 12. Our World Photography Workshops will aim to help them with, creativity, confidence, connection, mindfulness, exercise …and learn to look at the world in a different way as well as breathing in fresh air! Get them off the Computer and away from TV screens for just one hour, can make all the difference!

'Our World' Children's Photography Workshop.

Main Points;

  • Location; Townley Park, Burnley. Meeting place/ Park life (Main Cafe).
    Post code; BB11 3RQ.

  • Time; 10.30am - 11.30am (Please arrive 10mins before the start time, The class will start on time).

  • Limited places; Places are limited to 8.

  • Ages; This Workshop is aimed at ages 7-12.

  • Cost per child; £15.

  • Instructor; Emma Ford BA(Hons).

The Workshops are design to promote an understanding of Nature, connection with nature and the World around us. They also…

  • Promote confidence.

  • Promote creativity.

  • Help with relaxation.

  • Aid with mindfulness.

  • Getting Children outside in the fresh air and away from computer screens. Aiding in health and wellness.

  • Helping Children to understand and learn the value of nature and the natural world.

Important information;
Although these Workshops are intended to be as inclusive as possible. These Workshops are not designed specifically with SEN Children in mind. Please get in touch via the contact form, to ensure these Workshops are suitable for your Child/Children.
Parent or Adult must stay with their Child/Children throughout the entire Workshop.

These Workshops are aimed at creativity, if you would like your Child to learn more technical aspects of Photography. 1:1 Tuition maybe more suitable.

A Phone Camera is all that is needed to enjoy the Workshop and a willingness to get creative!

Payment is required upon booking to secure your Childs/Children’s place.

In the event of the Workshop being cancelled, due to illness, weather or an event beyond our control. The Workshop will be rescheduled. No refunds are given.

Parents may also put any payments towards 1:1 Tuition, either for their Child or for themselves. On-line Tuition or in person Tuition.

Please ensure your Child/Children is dressed for the weather! And is wearing appropriate footwear. We may be walking through muddy paths, or through grass, we want your Child to get as close to nature as possible!
